She played Lacy in “7 Mummies” a 2006 horror movie.
She was on the cover of Fitness Rx for Women in December 2003.
She played Tiffany in a 2003 comedy “The Surfer King.”
In 2005 played an extra in a horror film “Murder-Set-Pieces” that was set in Las Vegas, Cerina’s home town.
In 2004 starred in a short comedy film “Final Sale” where she played a girl named Cerina.
In 2002 starred in “Darkened Room” a short film by David Lynch also featuring Jordan Ladd . This was after they all worked together on “Cabin Fever”.
Played Sarah the Dancer in "Conversations with Other Women." This film premiered at the Telluride Film Festival.
Played Gen in "Intermedio", a 2005 horror movie.
Played Danielle 'Danny' St. Claire, in a 2005 horror movie called "It Waits."
Wrote a book called How to Live Like a Hot Chick with her best friend, Jodie Lipper.
Played Marcy in “Cabin Fever” a 2004 horror movie.
